Return Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase unless they were bought during a sale or as part of a special promotion.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not currently offer exchanges.

If you receive a defective or missing product, we will replace it at no extra charge.

How to request a return

Email help@iloveluscious.com with your order number and details of the return. Our customer support team will reply with return instructions.

Refund timing

After we receive your returned items, returns are typically processed within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
