Orders and delivery

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Any active free-shipping offer or threshold will be displayed on the website and at checkout at the time you place your order.

When will my order be dispatched and delivered?

Orders are normally processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery timing varies by city and courier. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, tracking details are sent to the contact information provided with your order.

Returns, refunds and order issues

Can I return a product?

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase unless they were bought during a sale or as part of a special promotion. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not currently offer exchanges.

What if my order is defective or something is missing?

Please email help@iloveluscious.com with your order number and details of the issue. Defective or missing products will be replaced at no extra charge.

How long do refunds take?

After we receive your returned items, returns are typically processed within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Luscious Cosmetics is Pakistan's first makeup brand, founded in 2007 by Mehrbano Sethi. The brand was built as a standalone Pakistani color cosmetics company for South Asian skin tones and Pakistan's climate.
